pic.ie integrates with third-party cloud storage providers (Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, Apple iCloud, Google Photos). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party service.
You retain full ownership of any photos and content you connect to the Service. By using pic.ie, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and serve your photos solely for the purpose of operating the slideshow on your paired devices.
We do not claim any ownership of your photos and will never use them for advertising, training, or any purpose beyond delivering the Service to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
