You use pic.ie entirely at your own risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pic.ie expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

No Warranty

pic.ie is a personal project provided free of charge. It is offered without any guarantee of availability, reliability, or ongoing development. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that any errors will be corrected, or that the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pic.ie and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim (which, given the Service is currently free, is zero).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, share, or display content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Third-Party Services

pic.ie integrates with third-party cloud storage providers (Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, Apple iCloud, Google Photos). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party service.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of any photos and content you connect to the Service. By using pic.ie, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and serve your photos solely for the purpose of operating the slideshow on your paired devices.

We do not claim any ownership of your photos and will never use them for advertising, training, or any purpose beyond delivering the Service to you.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
